Your data, and the rights that come with it
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask for a correction, through your society’s Grievance Officer, whose name, email and phone are on the privacy notice in the app. That is the fastest route because it reaches your society’s committee, who hold the records. You can delete your account yourself, in the app under Settings. The privacy policy sets out what each request covers and the 30 days your society has to answer it. Deleting your account has its own page: how to delete your account.
If you cannot reach the app, write to support@perimeter.co.in with the phone number your account uses and we will route it.
Reporting something security-related
If you have found a way to see or change data that is not yours, tell us before you tell anyone else and we will get back to you. Please include what you did, what you saw, and roughly when, a timestamp is worth more than a screenshot.
